Sales Policy – Kickbike America, Inc. is a reseller of products to dealers and end users. We want your shopping experience at KickbikeAmerica.com to be a happy one; but please read the following points carefully. The use of our site for purchases confirms that you agree to abide by them.

Quality Assurance and Warranty – Kickbike America, LLC warrants merchandise to the original purchaser to be free of any defects of material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase providing that the goods are used for their intended purpose. This warranty excludes off-road use and jumping (excluding the Cross Max model). This warranty does not apply to any alterations, abuse, accident, or corrosive environments. This warranty excluding brake cables, tires, inner tubes, fenders, and brake pads. The Kickbike® arrives 95% assembled and it takes 15 to 30 minutes to complete the assembly and safety check. Kickbike America, LLC. strongly recommends that you have your Kickbike® assembled and safety checked by a competent bicycle shop and mechanic.

Return Policy- If you return to us any product that you have ordered in its original packaging and undamaged (ie capable of resale) within 10 days from the day after you received it we will refund in full the price you paid for the product less shipping expenses.
Before you send goods back, please telephone or email (Contact Us) and we will allocate a return code which you should indicate on the package. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us and for the shipping expense, so for your own protection we suggest that you use a secure courier system or recorded delivery which require signature upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods - If goods look damaged on arrival, please note this on the signature sheet from the courier. If goods are damaged or faulty for any reason which is our fault, we will refund any monies paid or replace the goods at our cost. Please follow the simple guide below. Please call or email us explaining the problem. We will usually arrange for a courier to collect the goods.
If you make an order you will receive confirmation of your order by the same means by which you sent it to us. We aim to have all advertised items in stock but all orders are subject to availability of stock. If we are out of stock of a particular item, we will inform you of this out of stock condition.

Prices – Prices are shown on the website. Kickbike America, LLC. reserves the right to change or modify pricing without notice. We make every effort to check that the prices are correct, but need to validate the price when we process your order. There may be a delivery supplement for expedited deliveries.

Payment - You can pay by using any MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discovery credit cards. You can pay by Check or Money Order made out in dollars using a Unites States Based Bank. We will not debit your account unless we are sure that we can deliver the goods you order.

Delivery - Kickbikes® are typically shipped with 24 hours of the order and arrive within 7 business days from the date ordered. Please note that in some circumstances beyond our control deliveries may take longer. Please telephone or email us if you are concerned that your order has not arrived. To meet these delivery times it is best if you provide a delivery address where somebody will be available to receive the goods during the working day.
